Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. is actively recruiting college graduates from various disciplines for our Management Development Program which offers the opportunity to help you attain your career goals and develop professionally. Recent graduates who have the desire to take on challenging assignments in a rapidly growing and profitable company have the opportunity to advance into management positions as they arise. The goal of the Management Development Program is to build leadership bench strength for Ralcorp using a comprehensive development program that provides broad exposure to our business practices and operations.
The ideal candidate is a college graduate with a Bachelor's degree with a GPA of 3.0 or greater. The candidate should exhibit drive, initiative, and the desire to excel. Those applying should have strong written and oral communication skills, and demonstrated leadership qualities. The most desirable candidates will have applied their academic learning in relevant internship or work experience. Candidates are encouraged to consider relocation to other company locations when promotional opportunities arise.
