At AIPC we are passionate about pasta. As North America's largest producer of dry pasta, we are a proud provider of quality pasta food products.

Founded in 1988 in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, AIPC has grown to include plants in Columbia, South Carolina, Tolleson, Arizona and Verolanuova, Italy. With over 600 employees, AIPC produces pasta in the United States and abroad. We take pride in our facilities, and the quality of products we produce.

Our customers are some of the largest food retailers in the world. We manufacture and market our own branded pastas, and we supply pasta to the retail channel under a variety of private label programs. In addition, we supply much of the pasta provided to the food service industry, including restaurants, cafeterias, schools, business and industry.

The division is headquartered in Kansas City, MO.
